PRS are currently recruiting for the role below.

Based in: Kirkley, Newcastle

Duration: Starting asap to 28th August – possibility of temp to perm for the right candidate.

Hours/Days: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, shift pattern between 6am – 11pm

Salary: £14.16 per hour + 5% shift allowance

Shifts: Through the summer it is 8am until 4pm (3.30pm on a Fri), or 9.30am until 5.30pm. After summer it is a combination of:

  • Early 6am until 2pm
  • Late 10.30am until 6.30pm three times a week
  • 2pm until 9pm twice a week

Requirements:

  • Ideally hold a DBS
  • Car and driving licence - on occasion they might be needed at another site – must have own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and securing site
  • Emptying bins, cleaning windows, litter picking, possibly a little bit of painting
  • Carrying out basic repairs
  • Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Setting up furniture as and when required
  • Supervision of contractors and visitors

Qualifications:

  • A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
  • Ideally a level 2 in Maths and English

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Use of hand tools
  • Manual handling
  • Accurate record keeping
