We are recruiting for a mobile Water Treatment Technician to work across the North West region completing water treatment services on large scale estates and facilities. This will involve descales, TMV checking and servicing, tap temps etc. The role is a permanent position paying between 27-32k basic plus overtime. 24 days holiday (plus stat), life cover, discount scheme, training courses etc. Van provided.

Water Treatment Technician Description:
Ensuring water compliance across multiple facilities as a Water Treatment Technician to execute the self-delivery of all Water Treatment services across the North of the UK
As a Tier 1 Water Treatment Technician – You will encompass Tier 1:
temperature monitoring
showerhead descales
cold water storage tank inspections and cleans
cooling tower clean and disinfections
TMV servicing
water samplingCarry out PPM service visits – compliance checks and logging of results
Ensure all site L8 logbooks where acting as the Primary Technician are in date and accurate
Complete work reports
Requirements:
City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification relevant to the appropriate Tier grading under job specific
Post qualification experience
Up to date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP. HSG274 and any other relevant guidance
Fault diagnosis and resolution
Valid driving license
This role includes a DBS Enhanced with Barred Lists therefore ability to pass is essential.
