Mobile Mechanical Engineer Birmingham Up to 40,000 per annum plus van, fuel card, private healthcare, call out, overtime We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to complete electrical PPM and reactive works on commercial and education estates across the Midlands.
Permanent position paying circa 38 - 40,000 plus overtime.
On-call with standby payment.
Mon-Fri days 40 hours per week.
Van and fuel card supplied, private healthcare (single cover).
Main duties: Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance relating primarily to Mechanical Building Services Plant and System s in-line with agreed programmes / SLA s in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
Maintenance, fault finding and repair of a range of mechanical plant, working to current standards and the contract specification.
Maintenance and monitoring of domestic hot and cold-water services - L8 awareness (domestic water systems).
