This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established Building Services company servicing high-end residential and commercial office spaces across the City of London and West End. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance, with a primary focus on electrical systems. Perform general building repairs, plumbing work, drainage, and other duties as required by the client. Maintain accurate records of completed tasks via the PDA-based computerised maintenance system. Collaborate with specialist subcontractors to complete PPM and reactive work. Follow all site-specific procedures and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times. Proactively inspect services and perform repairs as necessary.Requirements: City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification. Full UK driving license.
