Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Birmingham/Coventry/Leicester/Derby
£40,000 per annum basic plus vehicle – no call out with this role
Permanent position for a mobile maintenance electrician to cover a number of sites in Birmingham,Coventry, Derby and Leicester. This role is working days Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week.
Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
- PPM tasks – emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
- Minor Reactive works
- Contractor management
- Minor fabric works – for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).
The ideal candidatewill be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus van, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.
