Position: Mobile Maintenance Electrician Type: Permanent Location: Leeds (with travel) Salary: circa £40,000 PA door to door and overtime etc. We are recruiting for a multiskilled maintenance electrician to join a team of mobile engineers in providing building services and plant room maintenance to key corporate estates across the Yorkshire region (plus travel to Manchester on occasion). The position is a permanent role paying a basic of £40,000 plus door to door, overtime, on call circa 1-3. 25 days holiday plus stat etc. Van supplied. Maintenance Electrician – Duties & Responsibilities Completing building services / electrical maintenance across commercial facilities. To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems. To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service Work on AHU\’s, fans coil units and general HVAC plant room Mechanical and fabric tasks where required Compliance checks Small works projects Lead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractors Provide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records Maintenance Electrician Skills & Background Required Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3 Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU\’s, fan coils etc. 18th edition Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records Able to clear security check and financial check Driving license and willing to operate on a mobile basis Familiar with Facilities Management Sector If you are interested in applying for this role please click the APPLY button now.
