PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious clients in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.
Key responsibility:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning β Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers β Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System β Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems β Monitor / Take readings
Requirements:
- Trade trained with ideally 3 yearsβ experience in the building services
- City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
- Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
- Good building services knowledge
