Mechanical Maintenance Engineer We are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of commercial facilities. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate. Key Duties: Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems Fault finding and repairs on HVAC, water supply, and drainage systems Installation, repair, and upgrade of mechanical plant and equipment Carrying out inspections and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Completing maintenance reports and service documentationRequirements: Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance or building services role Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems within commercial environments Ability to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently Relevant mechanical or plumbing qualifications preferred Good communication skills and a proactive approachPackage: Competitive hourly rate Temp-to-perm opportunity Immediate start availableIf the role is of interest please send your up to date CV in the first instance
