PRS Recruitment Agency is currently seeking experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to work with some of our most prestigious clients in London. As a leading provider of recruitment solutions, we offer competitive rates of pay ranging between £23.00 and £25.00 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibility:

Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers – Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readingsRequirements:

Trade trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in the building services
City & Guilds Qualified Mechanical
Has the will and desire to succeed and learn
