Ensure all records are accurate and auditable. Lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and produce technical reports. Drive a positive culture of safety, reliability, and professional development. Support the creation and delivery of site-specific training programs and authorisation levels (HV/LV/Confined Space). Provide technical sign-off for new recruits and develop engineers to meet high technical standards. Participate in technical audits and act as part of the escalation team for out-of-hours issues.
