We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Engineering Supervisor to lead a small high-performing engineering support team within a flagship financial services contract near Liverpool Street. This is a highly client-facing role that blends strong technical capability with exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
You will act as a key liaison between senior technical leaders, facilities management teams, and client stakeholders—ensuring smooth service delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface for technical leaders, facilities managers, and client representatives, accurately forecasting workload, priorities, and deliverables.
- Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the daily activities and output of the engineering support team.
- Resolve conflicting priorities in partnership with business leaders, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead and supervise day-to-day team operations, driving performance, accountability, and client satisfaction.
- Apply expert knowledge to identify, develop, and implement improvements to processes, methods, and standards.
