We are currently recruiting for a CMMS Coordinator / Contract Support professional. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities, engineering, or maintenance administrator to play a key role in supporting maintenance planning, compliance, and operational excellence within a highly regulated environment.

Working closely with Engineering, Facilities, Operations, and Quality teams, you will be responsible for managing the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System), coordinating maintenance activities, tracking work orders, supporting contractors, and ensuring all maintenance records remain audit-ready and compliant with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer the CMMS system (Maximo) ensuring asset data, maintenance schedules, and work orders remain accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and corrective works across the site.
  • Monitor work orders from creation through to completion, ensuring timely close-out and accurate documentation.
  • Support the Facilities and Engineering teams with maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage the service desk function, ensuring maintenance requests are logged, prioritised, and resolved efficiently.
  • Liaise with contractors and specialist suppliers to coordinate maintenance activities and site access requirements.
  • Produce maintenance reports, KPI dashboards, compliance metrics, and backlog reports.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and communicate maintenance schedules with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CMMS performance, maintenance processes, and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide first-line support for CMMS users and assist with system upgrades and enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, CAFM Administrator, CMMS Coordinator, or Engineering Administrator role.
  • Strong experience using CMMS or CAFM systems such as Maximo, SAP PM, Hexagon, Concept, MRI Evolution, or similar.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance activities within a facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or regulated environment.
  • Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse maintenance data and generate reports using Excel.
  • Experience managing work orders, service requests, and contractor coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
