Overview
Position: Maintenance Handyperson | Type: Permanent | Location: Manchester | Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (40 hours) | Salary: £30,000 PA
Responsibilities
- Provide general maintenance to the facility including lamping, fabric maintenance, basic plumbing and filter cleans on AHU\’s, etc.
- Completing compliance checks – tap temps, TMVs etc.
- Assisting engineers and trades on site.
- Moving stock around on site (ad-hoc maintenance duties).
Requirements
- Maintenance and handyperson experience (several years).
- Experience in a similar role and good customer skills.
- Self-motivated with a “Can do” customer attitude at all times.
- Ability and desire to complete general mechanical/handyperson tasks.
- Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines and bulletins.
