Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Service, maintain, and fault-find on air conditioning systems including split units, VRVs/VRFs, and AHUs.
- Perform mechanical maintenance duties including pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and basic plumbing repairs.
- Complete routine inspections and ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Update service records and job reports using PDA/mobile maintenance systems.
- Liaise with subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical building services maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of air conditioning systems and HVAC maintenance.
- F-Gas qualification desirable.
- Experience working within commercial buildings and facilities maintenance environments.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
