This is a hands‐on, mobile position covering planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks across multiple locations. You'll be responsible for delivering PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) to ensure sites remain safe, compliant, and operating efficiently, alongside attending reactive call‐outs when needed. The role offers strong variety, autonomy, and exposure to a wide range of building services work. You will also join a call‐out rota (frequency to be confirmed) and will have access to regular overtime.
What We're Looking For:
- A base trade in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Ability to work across both disciplines where required
- Helpful additional knowledge in A/C, HVAC, or combustion would be advantageous
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- A full UK driving licence
