We are currently recruiting experienced Mould Wash / Painter & Decorators to join a busy social housing contract in Islington
This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for experienced decorators looking for long-term, secure work, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent salary of up to £38,000.
Duties include:
- Treating damp and mould issues in residents' properties
- Carrying out mould wash and appropriate treatments
- Preparing surfaces for painting
- Painting and decorating to a high standard
- Recording visits, treatments and materials used
- Working professionally in customers' homes
Requirements:
- Time-served Painting & Decorating experience
- P&D qualification not essential if experience can be demonstrated
- Social housing experience preferred
- Damp & mould treatment experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Maximum 6 points on licenceNo driving ban within the last 5 years
- Basic DBS check required
