Working within high-end corporate and commercial environments, you will carry out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, fault finding and minor installation works. The Role

  • Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
  • Fault finding and repairs on commercial building systems

What We're Looking For

  • City & Guilds Level 3 (2357) or equivalent apprenticeship
  • AM2 Qualified
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
