You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance on FCUs, MVHR, underfloor heating, pumps, and plumbing.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with an on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks). Salary £47,000–£52,000 with a company van, fuel card, and progression opportunities.
