Salary: £57,000 - £65,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday | Days Only

Your role: An experienced HVAP Electrical Maintenance Engineer will support electrical systems and building services at a commercial site in North West London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call‑outs and fault‑finding situations.
  • Complete all relevant documentation, including logbooks, RAMS, and maintenance records.
  • Attend client meetings and provide technical expertise and support.
  • Conduct emergency lighting inspections and testing.
  • Perform electrical maintenance and installation works, including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, and BMS systems.
  • Operate, maintain, and fault‑find on Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Maintain air conditioning systems, including DX units, chilled water systems, and adiabatic AHUs.
  • Service and maintain generators, control systems, and UPS equipment.
  • Work on AC/DC electrical systems, including single‑phase and three‑phase motors.
  • Support the maintenance and operation of HV/LV electrical infrastructure.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • Completed recognised apprenticeship or equivalent experience within Building Services.
  • Proven HVAP/HV experience is essential.
  • Previous supervisory experience within a technical or maintenance environment.
  • Health & Safety training and strong awareness of safe working practices.
