We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC/Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious law firm based at one of our high-profile London sites, conveniently located near Bank Station.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday days only, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Duties:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services equipment.
- Fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and boilers.
- Conducting routine inspections to ensure plant operates safely and efficiently.
- Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
