Would you like the opportunity to join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider on a brand-new commercial contract recently secured by our client? PRS Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join a growing team, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric maintenance across a prestigious commercial office building. You can choose to be based at either Walthamstow or Hendon, depending on your preferred location.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs across the building.
- Complete a wide range of building fabric tasks including:
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and minor plastering
- Flooring repairs
- Basic glazing repairs
- Brickwork and general building repairs
