Are you a hands-on Engineering Supervisor looking for a stable, well-supported role in a prestigious financial services environment? We’re recruiting for a skilled and proactive professional to take ownership of a modern Banking site in Canary Wharf. This is a unique opportunity to run a site with real autonomy while still benefiting from strong support from an experienced Contract Manager and on-site personnel.

The Role

You’ll operate as the lead engineer on site, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. This is a balanced role, with an expected 50/50 split between hands-on work and administrative duties (subject to tenant occupancy).

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out Electrical & Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Managing and supervising subcontractors
  • Overseeing compliance documentation, including logbooks and E-log systems
  • Preparing and reviewing RAMS and issuing PTWs
  • Ensuring site compliance and high service delivery standards
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for engineering on site

What’s on Offer

Salary: £55,000 per annum
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No callout)
Some overtime built into the contract
Single-person site initially, with budget approved to grow the team if required
Strong administrative support from an experienced Contract Manager.
