I am currently supporting one of my valued clients, a leading Facilities Management provider, in their search for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join their team in the Wandsworth area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established FM business, carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across a prestigious site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
- Completing general building maintenance duties as required.
- Undertaking minor plumbing and painting/decorating works.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed works.
Requirements
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience within a Facilities Management or Building Services environment.
- Multi-skilled approach with the ability to undertake basic plumbing and painting tasks.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work a 5 days out of 7 shift pattern, including occasional weekend work.
