We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services company. Based in a high-profile commercial office near Liverpool Street, this role offers an excellent salary, generous overtime, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems
  • Fault-finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
  • HVAC plant maintenance, including pumps and associated equipment
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services
  • Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
