The Ideal Candidate
- Currently working as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant.
- Experience within top-tier London dining establishments, ideally with Michelin exposure.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Japanese techniques and premium ingredients.
- Proven experience with robata grill, tempura, and yakitori.
