We are working on behalf of one of the UK's Leading Engineering Consultancies Organisations which is continuously looking to expand its Engineering advisory team. They have openings for established Associate and Associate Director level Building Services Engineering Advisory individuals to join them on their amazing journey.

In-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as:

  • Commercial blue-chip clients
  • Financial and banking organisations
  • Real estate managing agents
  • Government organisations
  • Private sector prestigious customers

Suitable candidates will be expected to conduct the following tasks:

  • Management Reports
  • Client Management
  • Client Reviews and meetings
  • Capturing M&E Assets
  • Creating Asset registers
  • Attend and conduct building survey reports
  • TM44 Reports
  • Managing Project Issues
  • Consulting Customers and Clients on Capex
  • In Life Cycle recommendations
  • Advising Customers on external specialist engineering Tenders
  • Compiling Statutory Compliance
  • Conducting on-site Surveys
  • Delap Reports
  • Prepare and Interpret Engineering Reports, drawings, layouts, etc.
  • Health and Safety

Ideal candidates should be technically minded, experienced in HVAC, ambitious, driven, career-minded, articulate, and excellent communicators at all levels.
