We are looking for an experienced and driven Asset Management & PPM Lead to join our Facilities Management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and technically skilled professional to take ownership of asset management processes, statutory compliance reporting and PPM scheduling within a complex operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring asset data integrity, driving operational excellence and supporting long-term estates strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop the PPM and Asset Coordinators team
- Oversee Asset Change and PPM Scheduling processes
- Ensure asset registers and PPM schedules remain accurate, compliant and up to date
- Manage statutory compliance reporting, certification checks and remedial works
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align asset management processes with business objectives
- Support BIM data alignment and ensure change control protocols are maintained and audited
- Drive continuous improvement across asset management systems and processes
- Maintain operational input into the Forward Works Plan and Register
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
- Support and develop colleagues through training and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For:
- Recognised qualification in Asset Management
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management environments
- Significant experience within complex asset management operations
- Experience using CAFM / CMMS systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead change and work cross-functionally with clients and suppliers
- High attention to detail and quality-driven mindset
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Eligibility to pass client security vetting
