Salary: Up to £44,000 Basic. Mon-Fri Days. Plus package.
Looking for Engineers with experience of Commercial Gas Appliances and commercial building PPM schedules, and reactive works to join a facilities and maintenance team in the Liverpool & Merseyside area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the mobile maintenance team, offering gas competency to the facilities and estates.
- Implement PPM on boilers, related plant, and other mechanical services.
- Undertake minor project works on boiler equipment.
- Provide in-depth reports on predictive timings for remedial works and life cycle condition assessments.
- Offer a high level of technical and hands-on support while communicating daily with clients.
- Participate in out-of-hours on-call rotations and promptly respond to reactive maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with visiting specialist sub-contractors related to mechanical facets of the PPM schedules.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2-3 Mechanical Discipline (e.g., Heating and Ventilating or equivalent)
- ACS/Corgi/Gas Safe qualifications in both Domestic & Commercial Gas
- Proficiency in combustion and gas analyser utilisation for enhanced efficiency
- Competence in working with AHU’s, BMS, AC equipment, Cold Water systems, and other mechanical structures
- Full UK driving license
