The predicted salary is between 21 - 21 £ per hour.
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to complete electrical PPM and reactive works on a commercial estate in Leeds.
- Complete electrical works on building services systems and plant room.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems.
- Work on electrical projects and assess all electrical plans and installations.
- Carry out electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Ensure that all critical works are completed at the request of the end user, ensuring that this is in line with SLA’s.
- Ensure H&S, RAMS and H&S documentation are correct.
- Work on commercial grade facilities.
- Overlap with mechanical and general plant room teams where required plus compliance checks.
Skills & Background Required:
- Recognised professional apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Electrical training NVQ Level 3 Grade 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
- Experience of maintenance - PPM and reactive works.
- Ideally to have good multi-skilled experience.
- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Valid driving license.
