Position: Maintenance Electrician Location: Leeds Type: Permanent Salary: £42,000 basic We are recruiting for a multiskilled maintenance electrician to maintain building services and plant on estates across the West Yorkshire area. You will be expected to have and excellent understanding of plant room and building services engineering, compliance and have a multiskilled background. The role is a Permanent position paying up to £42,000 basic. Mon-Fri days. Duties & Responsibilities Completing building services / electrical maintenance To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems. To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service Work on AHU's, fans coils and general HVAC plant room Mechanical and fabric tasks where required Compliance checks Small works projects Skills & Background Required Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3 Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU's, fan coils etc. 18th edition Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records Driving license and willing to operate on a mobile basis Familiar with Facilities Management Sector and to have had previous lead or some supervisory skills If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
