We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in maintaining the technical operations of a modern workplace environment. This position is critical to delivering high-quality engineering services that support our clients' operational requirements and ensure an outstanding experience for employees and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting service excellence, teamwork, and professional development.
- Support skill development across the team through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Operational Excellence
- Deliver engineering services in line with client contract requirements, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Carry out reactive repairs and planned maintenance activities to a high technical standard.
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures and emergency response processes.
- Implement and maintain the account's Risk and Safety practices to minimise disruption to client operations.
- Work closely with the wider engineering team to identify opportunities to enhance technical service delivery.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- Essential
- City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience working within a critical engineering or high-reliability environment.
- Competent PC user with experience of BMS and digital control and monitoring systems.
- Preferred
- HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) status (refresher training provided).
- Up-to-date IEE Wiring Regulations or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification.
- HNC/HND in an engineering discipline.
- Confined Space Authorised Person (training/refresher provided).
- Mechanical Pressure Authorised Person (training/refresher provided).
- IOSH certification.
