We are recruiting for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer based in the Harrogate area covering the maintenance of a large scale estate. The role will involve general mechanical aspects of building maintenance including plant room, basic plumbing, HVAC and compliance.

The role is a permanent position paying circa £40,000 basic. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, days.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:

  • Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
    • Mechanical Plant room
    • Pumps and valves
    • Plumbing maintenance
    • Basic AHU/fan coil upkeep
    • Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
    • Small works installation
    • Emergency repairs
    • All ad-hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • A qualified Mechanical Engineer or Commercial grade plumber
  • Experience of plant room, AHU's, FCU's etc.
  • Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Willingness to complete fabric and plumbing tasks
  • Willing and able to pass a security check
