PRS is recruiting a Fabric Maintenance Operative / Handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on an estate in the Harrogate area. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week, days; basic salary circa £30,000.
You will complete reactive repairs and planned maintenance, carry out basic lighting and plumbing tasks, joinery, painting and plastering, and conduct compliance checks to ensure buildings remain safe and well maintained.
