The Opportunity
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all technical maintenance services, ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Working closely with both internal teams and stakeholders, you will be responsible for performance, planning and the overall success of the maintenance operation. This is a hands-on management role requiring excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.

- Take overall responsibility for the delivery of mechanical, electrical and building services maintenance across the contract.
- Lead and support a team of engineers, supervisors and specialist contractors to deliver a first-class service.
