Our client is a global Real Estate & FM organisation, with an impressive number of buildings under management and clients across sectors as varied as Corporate, Industrial, Data Centres, Healthcare, etc. Based at a high profile development in the West London area, they currently seek an experienced Technical Services & Compliance Manager to join the FM leadership team in the Hammersmith / Kensington area.
This is a large scale renovation, with a phased hand-over in stages across a campus development comprising office space, retail, residential and events space. Guideline salary for the position is circa £75k plus standard benefits including pension and training budget.
The role will involve ensuring the company adheres to contractual standards, engineering compliance and running the permitting system.
