Their mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy by providing innovative and efficient solutions for a cleaner future. Operating in North America, Canada, the UK, and India, they serve customers in global markets and industries including off highway, commercial vehicles, rail, marine, light vehicles, and premium automotive.
The Production Test Technicians’ primary role is to support and maintain the day-to-day EOL test activities of the production lines and work with the Manufacturing Engineering team on continuous improvement activities and any new projects. In this role, the Production Test Technician will be responsible for the following:
- System and component level testing of motors, inverters, and other components to facilitate production delivery
- Development of manufacturing test equipment to aid in the production of high-performance motors, pumps & fans
- Support production to ensure targets are met on a daily basis in order to supply the customer with a quality proven product
- Work to understand and follow engineering drawings and schematics
- Support with implementation of new tooling and equipment
- Liaise with engineering regarding build and test issues
- Record and validate test data accurately
- Support development and commissioning of test equipment
- Comply with all relevant HSE legislation, local policies, and procedures
- Computer literate (Microsoft, Excel, and Word)

- Experience within a manufacturing environment, although full training will be given
- English Literature, English Language, Maths, and ICT
- A training course will accompany this role.
