Salary: £50,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We\’re hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected building services provider, offering long-term career development, excellent benefits, and the chance to work in some of the most prestigious buildings in the capital.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing
Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment
Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components
Keep accurate service records using a PDA system
Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks
Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations
Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues What We’re Looking For:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach What You’ll Receive:
