Job Description
We are recruiting for a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator / Administrator based in Leeds to support a dedicated Facilities Maintenance team in providing helpdesk and service coordination from the regional office. The role is a permanent position paying up to £28k basic. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
09:00-17:30 (possible flexibility with start/finish). Free parking available on campus and free parking close to the site.\\n\\nThe primary objective is allocating calls and resources to ensure that all reactive maintenance and breakdowns are attended by the relevant skill set of engineer and are carried out and completed with agreed client SLA’S.\\nReceiving incoming calls and making outgoing phone calls,\\nLiaising with customers to give them updates on outstanding jobs\\nLogging reactive enquiries via email/telephone\\nAllocating reactive/quoted works to engineers and scheduling the work in,\\nObtaining relevant order number/instruction for quoted works, ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to the log\\nRescheduling of reactive/quoted works as necessary\\nInstructing subcontractor to carry out reactive callouts, and seeing the call through to completion\\nAssisting engineers with the raising of PO’S\\nManagement of engineers workloads, holidays and absences in conjunction with line managers\\nEnsuring all relevant documentation/paperwork is attached to the reactive job so call can be invoiced\\nPPM works may be phased in at a later time\\nAd-hoc administrative duties\\nOperation and general CRM system\\n\\nRequirements:\\nIdeally to have previous experience of service delivery support in FM, maintenance or engineering companies\\nPrevious helpdesk and contract admin experience\\nExcellent customer services skills\\nPlanning and scheduling skills\\nUser of CRM systems (CAFM not required)\\nGood administrative skills\\n\\nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now\\nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.\\nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.\\nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
