Job Title: Fire Risk Assessor

Location: West London (W5) – with travel across the UK

Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing compliance team, covering sites across West London and the wider UK. The role involves carrying out Fire Risk Assessments in line with current legislation across a variety of properties including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fire risk assessments on-site using a mobile app (tablet or phone)
• Produce high-quality, detailed reports within agreed timeframes
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure data is accurately processed
• Travel to client sites nationwide, with overnight stays when required
• Represent the business professionally on-site and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or equivalent fire safety qualification (essential)
• Previous experience conducting fire risk assessments across multiple sectors
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Health and Safety qualification (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
