We are recruiting on behalf of a facilities maintenance company for a Multi‑Skilled Static Electrical Bias Engineer to work on a Commercial static site in Farnborough.

Role Overview

  • Carry out general building maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) across the site.
  • Undertake electrical including fault‑finding, repairs, and servicing of site systems.
  • Support other building systems where required, such as heating, ventilation, and minor mechanical works.
  • Conduct routine inspections, checks, and compliance tests to maintain a safe and operational site.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance, PPMs, and health & safety compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with other site staff and contractors to deliver a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained environment.
  • Respond to reactive maintenance and emergency call‑outs on a 1 in 3 rota, ensuring minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified electrically.
  • 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (essential).
  • Experience as a multi‑skilled electrical engineer in commercial or facilities environments.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Flexible approach to call‑outs.
