PRS Recruitment is seeking a Fabric Technician to join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider. This role involves both planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial site in Kings Cross.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building upkeep. This position is suitable for a Fabric Technician seeking career progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Basic plumbing and carpentry work
- Lamp changing and lighting maintenance
- Taking tap temperatures and flushing systems
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
- Assist other engineers on site as required
- Replacement of floor tiles (carpet and ceramic)
- Replacement of suspended ceiling tiles and cleaning of ceiling grilles
- City & Guilds in relevant trades (Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- £35,000 salary
