PRS in York is seeking a Maintenance Handyperson to cover a large estate. The role involves general handyperson duties including PPM and reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, fabric maintenance, caretaking, emergency light checks, and other ad-hoc tasks.
It is a permanent role paying circa £30,000 basic, Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm with flexibility on start/finish times. Ideal candidates will have prior handyperson or fabric maintenance experience and be capable of completing compliance checks.
