What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full control of the end-to-end bid lifecycle—from enquiry to contract award
- Producing compelling, winning tenders backed by robust cost models
- Leading client engagement, negotiations, and commercial strategy
- Conducting site surveys and building solutions from the ground up
- Driving subcontractor strategy—sourcing, negotiating, and maximising value
- Owning mobilisation to ensure a seamless transition into operations
- Acting as the commercial backbone of new and renewing contracts
What We’re Looking For
- A proven winner—someone with a track record of landing profitable FM contracts
- Strong experience in Technical FM / Building Services estimating
- Deep understanding of planned maintenance, asset-based pricing, and lifecycle costing
