TEMPORARY CATERING ASSISTANT – NURSERY SETTING
Location: Epsom area
£12.71 per hour
06:30 – 14:30
Monday – Friday

We’re looking for a reliable Catering Assistant to join a nursery catering team on a temporary basis.
You’ll be supporting the kitchen team with the daily preparation and service of meals and snacks for approximately 50 nursery children.
Duties include:
- Assisting with basic food preparation
- Supporting breakfast, lunch, snacks and tea service
- Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Washing up and general kitchen duties
- Supporting with stock and kitchen porter duties
- Following food safety and allergen procedures
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS required
- Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred
- Good understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
- Non-slip shoes required
