Technical Supervisor
– £55,000 – St Paul\’s area
A well-established engineering and facilities services provider is looking for an experienced Technical Supervisor to take ownership of a smaller site and lead a compact, dedicated team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys being involved day to day, supporting senior engineers, and ensuring smooth, efficient site operations within a collaborative working environment.
Duties:
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of a technical support team
Plan and oversee all PPMs and reactive maintenance for the building
Act as a key point of contact between technical leaders and facilities teams
Plan workloads, manage deadlines, and balance competing priorities
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Support service delivery across engineering, maintenance, and project activities
About You
Proven supervisory or shift-lead experience within engineering, technical services, or FM
5+ years of relevant industry experience (trade or technical background preferred)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Numerate and commercially aware
Comfortable working in a hands-on technical environment
