A leading global provider of integrated facilities management and corporate real estate services is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join its team in Colindale, London.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the delivery of high-quality building services across a critical contract, managing engineering teams and ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and outstanding client service.
The Role
- Full contract management of electrical and mechanical building services
- Day-to-day leadership of engineering teams and specialist service partners
- Ownership of operational performance, compliance, and service quality
- Client engagement, reporting, and attendance at regular operational meetings
- Management of financial performance including cost control and contract growth
- Continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and emergency planning
- Ensuring statutory, health & safety, and contractual compliance at all times
- Coaching, training, and development of teams to drive performance
About You
- Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, ONC/HNC or higher desirable)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH desirable)
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure, and deliver results
- HV Authorised Person status (desirable)
