Take the Lead on a Prestigious West End Site. We’re looking for a highly organised, technically strong Engineering Supervisor to take ownership of a prestigious single-man site in the West End. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys combining technical responsibility, client interaction and leadership. With around 70% of the role focused on administration and site management and 30% on hands-on engineering, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real impact while keeping your technical skills sharp.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all engineering and maintenance activity on site
- Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
- Manage compliance documentation, statutory records and reporting
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance when required
- Coordinate contractors and liaise confidently with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure all health & safety, compliance and operational standards are maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve site performance, reliability and efficiency
- Manage priorities independently and ensure all works are completed to a high standard
