The Role:- As a Vertical Transportation Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, delivering, and advising on vertical transportation systems, including lifts and escalators. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion (RIBA Stage 7), conduct traffic analysis, and provide expert consultancy services.

The role will be office-based in London, with the flexibility to work remotely after establishing key relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Vertical Transportation Design, Project Management, Surveys, and Term Consultancy

• Expertise in Lifts & Escalators and Traffic Analysis

• Lead projects through all stages, from concept to RIBA Stage 7

• Develop strong relationships with clients, both internal and external

• Hybrid working arrangement after initial relationship-building phase

• Occasional travel across London, the South Coast, and other UK regions

What You Bring:-

• Proven experience in vertical transportation systems

• Strong communication, report writing, and client-facing skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
