We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join an established on-site team, delivering maintenance services across a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site
  • Respond to and resolve emergency callouts in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate site records, logbooks, and RAMS documentation
  • Attend client meetings and maintain high service standards
  • Conduct emergency lighting testing and reporting
  • Perform electrical maintenance, including:
    • Lighting, wiring, and alarm systems
    • BMS systems and heat exchangers
    • FCUs, AHUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
  • Undertake minor plumbing and fabric tasks (e.g., sinks, toilets, tiling, drainage)
  • Carry out fault-finding and issue resolution across key building systems

Candidate Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Minimum of 3 years\’ experience in commercial building services maintenance
  • Strong understanding of building services systems and compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work proactively in a high-profile corporate environment
