We are working with a prestigious client who is seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Engineer to oversee electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services for a large site in Hammersmith. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
- Respond promptly to emergency callouts and resolve issues effectively
- Carry out all electrical work, including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and general electrical systems
- Handle general building maintenance tasks such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks when required
- Demonstrate knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems, and fault finding
- Manage BMS (Building Management System) including Head End Controls
- Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment systems
Requirements
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or related trade
- Ideally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenance
- Strong building services knowledge and ability to fault-find on key systems
- Desire to succeed and learn within the role
